Welcome to the Treasurers’ Page. This page will provide you with some important tax information such as tax rates and due dates for non- delinquent taxes.
2021 Township Tax Rates are as Follows:
Non-Homestead Rate- 48.4800 mills per $1,000 of Taxable Value plus 1% Administrative Fee. Homestead Rate- 30.4800 mills per $1,000 of Taxable Value. Additional Millage Rate for Village Properties is 11.9176 mills per $1,000 of Taxable Value plus 1% Administrative Fee and an additional $180.00 for Garbage Pick-up Services. Summer Taxes due and payable without penalty or interest July 1st through September 14th. 1% interest September 15-September 30th, plus 1% interest per month thereafter. 3% penalty after February 16th. Winter taxes are due before February 16th without penalty. A 3% penalty applied after February 16th.
Beginning March 1, 2021, all unpaid 2020 real estate property taxes become delinquent and must be paid to Andrew E. Meisner, Oakland County Treasurer, 1200 N. Telegraph, Pontiac, MI 48431 with 4% county property tax administration fee and 1% interest per month until paid.

A Dog must be licensed at 4 months instead of 6 months!
Dog Licenses will be delinquent after June 1st. Licenses’ expire 5/31 of each year. The licenses are issued by the authority of Andrew E. Meisner, Oakland County Treasurer.
Annual Fees: Spayed/Neutered – $10.50 *Senior Citizens Price – $9.75 Male/Female – $18.00 *Senior Citizens Price – $16.50 Annual Delinquent Licenses – $33.00
Three Year Fees: Spayed/Neutered – $28.50 *Senior Citizens Price – $26.25 Male/Female – $51.00 *Senior Citizens Price – $46.50 Delinquent Licenses – $33.00
NOTE: Three Year Licenses must be concurrent with a Three Year Rabies Shot
Delinquent Three Year License – $51.00 *Senior Citizens Price – $49.50 Male/Female – $66.00 *Senior Citizens Price – $63.00
You must bring a proof of rabies shot for your dogs in order to purchase a license.

* Senior Citizen price for dog owners 65 years of age or older.(Must show proof)
You must bring proof that a dog has been neutered or spayed to receive discount
