All items listed under “Consent Agenda” are considered to be routine, and non-controversial, do not require discussion by the Township Board and will be approved by one motion.  There will be no separate discussion.  If discussion is desired on an item, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will automatically be moved to the last item under New Business.

PUBLIC COMMENT on Agenda Items Only.  Members of the public can address the Board, on agenda items only, once recognized by the Supervisor. Comments are limited to a maximum of 3 minutes. The board may extend this time by a majority vote.  Prior to addressing the board, members of the public shall state their name and address for the record. OLD BUSINESS – None.

NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Recess into closed session to consider attorney/client privileged communication in accordance with MCL 15.268(1)(h).
  2. Recess into closed session to consult with legal counsel regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with Holly Township v. Sprouts of Fenton, Oakland County Circuit Court case No. 2023-199693-CZ, in accordance with MCL 15.268(1)(e).
  3. Gardens of Riverside Development Agreement.
  4. Attorney Rate Increase.
  5. HAYA Member – Proposed Resolution 2024-20.
  6. Millage Rate Approval (L4029).
