Holly Township Parks and Recreation has its own separately elected board of commissioners and its own ½ mill voter approved millage for the operation of Holly Parks and recreation. The commission is made up ofseven members who make decisions regarding the use of funds for the parks as well as long-term planning and event coordination.
Ms. Toni Brinker is the Parks and Recreation Director and oversees daily operations. The Parks and Recreation Department information can be viewed on the Holly Parks and Recreation Website.
