Holly Township’s fire department is North Oakland County Fire Authority (N.O.C.F.A.).  which protects and serves the residents of Holly Township and Rose Township.

They deliver a full range of fire and emergency services from two fire/medical stations. 24/7 fire suppression, rescue services, Hazmat Operations/Technical services, one Basic Life Support Ambulance and two Advanced Life Support Ambulances for medical transports.

The primary funding for N.O.C.F.A. is provided through contributions made by Holly and Rose Township. Holly Township funds its contribution through a special assessment of properties in the outer township outside of the Village limits.
